How We Build Our Reviews
Taste is subjective. "Quality," even, might be somewhat subjective. So, ultimately these reviews are our own—but, with several different reviewers per pizza, we hope that the averages provided here offer some value in your search for Alpharetta's best pizza.
Crust (30% of Score)
We believe that a good pizza starts from the ground (or, crust) up.
Cheese (30% of Score)
No pizza is complete without cheese, and neither are our reviews.
Sauce (30% of Score)
We'll give insight on the quality, taste, and consistency of the sauce adorning each pie.
"The Intangibles" (10% of Score)
Here, our individual reviewers get more leeway to evaluate based on their own intangibles and preferences. We'll do our best to include a breakdown of how they're making these decisions for each pie.
Other Items We Look At
Value
This is clearly an important differentiator—sometimes a cheaper pizza still offers a better value than a premium buy.
Travelability
Not all pizza does well on the road—super thin crust tends to arrive colder, while deep dish can sometimes slog around.
Prep Time
We'll let you know how long we waited for our pizza to be ready—including which day and whether we used delivery.
